By making a reservation on our website, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions below.

RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP

  • a. The name of the person on the booking form remains the only contact and is responsible for the booked property and communication with our staff.
  • b. Online bookings made less than 48 hours before arrival must be confirmed by telephone during working hours on: (+40) 748 146 567
  • c. Some properties may be located in remote locations with difficult access in winter, so it is important to read the site description carefully and ask for details of the route before arrival.
  • d. The owner reserves the right to refuse any booking.
  • e. Commercial filming and photography is not allowed inside the property. For such projects, the owner’s approval must be sought.


BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • Check-in time is from 4 PM on the day of arrival and check-out is anytime until 11 AM, these details are subject to change with prior discussion.
  • A guest registration form must be completed by the person who made the reservation, hereinafter referred to as the group representative.
  • The check-in procedure will be self check-in and the contact person will be informed about the procedure.
  • Guests are responsible for their choice of accommodation. We are not responsible if the style of the property does not meet guests’ expectations, therefore guests should view the property materials available on www.amontchalet.ro carefully before booking.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the property. You can smoke outside, but please do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground, in the river or in the forest, but in the bin. Please take special care especially during dry periods as the surroundings can be flammable!
  • Due to the high risk of fire, candles are not allowed in the lodge.
  • The owner provides guests with wood for heating purposes only, the amount of wood is sufficient for each reservation. If the wood is not sufficient, the group representative can ask the owner to supplement the wood.
  • It is forbidden to use wood from the property for any purpose other than heating the cabin. The group representative will be obliged to pay for wood used for purposes other than those mentioned above.
  • The person who made the reservation, also called the group representative, will be responsible for intentional or negligent damage to the building, equipment or furniture on the property. The owner will assess the damage and notify the group representative of the cost to cover the damage. The group representative is obliged to pay the cost of the damage within 2 days and in case of non-payment the owner has the right to withdraw the amount of the damage from the group representative’s bank card.
  • Animals are not allowed inside the property.
  • Guests must respect the maximum capacity of the house mentioned on the website, people over 3 years are taken into account.
  • For the comfort and hygiene of the house, you should use your slippers and remove your shoes at the entrance.
  • Guests must leave the property in a clean and tidy manner on departure. This includes washing and discarding leftovers, returning all items to their original position.
  • On departure, guests should turn off the lights and heating system and make sure the doors and windows of the house are closed.
  • When the property is booked for eight nights or more, a complimentary replenishment service is provided, including fresh linen and towels.
  • Free Wi-Fi is provided for guests. While every effort will be made to ensure that the Wi-Fi is working as intended, we cannot guarantee an available connection due to network issues beyond our control. Compensation will not be taken into account in these circumstances as Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
  • Amont Chalet does not assume responsibility for independent circumstances and cannot be held liable for them: general/local power outages, mobile phone or data signal strength, weather that may be capricious in the mountain area, difficulties for clients to get to/from the location due to independent circumstances, etc.


METHOD OF PAYMENT

  • Payments will be made via the Stripe platform. Stripe’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy can be found at www.stripe.com .
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is paid at the time of booking.
  • The advance payment can be made by bank card. The difference will be paid by transfer 14 days before check-in. If the difference is not paid 14 days before check-in, the owner has the right to withdraw the amount from the group representative’s bank card.


CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

  • The customer can cancel the reservation within 48 hours after the initiation. In case of cancellation of a reservation, the amounts paid are not refundable, unless you have the free cancellation statement. The dates are flexible on condition that they are changed 30 days in advance.
